Divergent Now Filming and Casting Extras!

Yes, Divergent is filming right now in Chicago! And yes, they are looking for extras.

Note: You must be a resident of Illinois and have an Illinois drivers license. If this is you, scroll to the bottom of this post for details on how to be an extra.

Those of us who either don't live in Illinois or live to far to drive are not completely left out. Take a good look at these two stills we've already received from the filming!

Casting Call

Divergent is looking for Males/Females, Ages 16 to 24 to play TEENS, all ethnicities. Rate: $115.50 for 12 hours
If you have more of a rural look, an altar boy, etc, appearance: Subject Line: Abnegation
You should be available for a costume fitting in Chicago on Friday, May 17th. Time are from 8:30am (on the half hour) until 5:00pm.
We are checking availability to work on the following dates: 5/26, 6/12, 6/13, 6/14, 6/15, 7/5, 7/6, 7/7 and 7/10 ________________________________________________________________________
If you have more of a round or square face – very honest, trust worthy look, and bangs (preferred): Subject Line: Candor
You should be available for a costume fitting in Chicago on Saturday, May 18th or Sunday, May 19th. Times are from 8:30am (on the half hour) until 5:00pm.

You should be available for a costume fitting in Chicago on Friday, May 24th. Times are from 8:30am (on the half hour) until 5:00pm.

1) Attach a recent photo as a jpeg format along with name, email, phone, age, height/weight and measurements:
(Men: Suit/Jacket, Shirt (neck/sleeve), Pants (waist/inseam), and Shoes. Women: Bust/Waist/Hips, Dress Size and Shoes.)
2) Include the date/time available for the costume fitting and list ALL the dates you are available to work. This should match the subject line that best matches your look.
3) Please note: You MUST be an Illinois Resident with either a valid Illinois Driver’s Licence or State ID – State which one you have in your possession.
4) Finally, if you attended the open call or were previously contacted by us regarding an online survey – please let us know in the email.
